Restoration of classics and rebuilds of historical yachts. Huisfit has an established track record of success with such projects. Structural work, repairs and conservation of the yacht’s full scope: hull conservation, sail handling, exterior, interior and board systems. 

Although rebuild projects by Huisfit are never a “typical refit”, the scope of such projects is widely regarded as a newbuild, both by those involved at the shipyard and by outside observers. Atlantide (1930) is ready for re-launch by Huisfit. What was originally intended as a refit of primarily cosmetic changes, turned into a two-year rebuild. Nearly 94 years after her launch, this remarkable motorsailer has been fully renewed and reawakened by the artisans at Huisfit. The team is excited to place Atlantide in the spotlight she deserves, sharing insights and a stunning new photo library: "Rebirth of a legend" [link]
