While taking advantage of Huisfit the shipyard team provides proven solutions for extended class surveys and inspection from 5 up to for example 20 years since newbuild delivery combined with worldwide service support. Royal Huisman has a close working relationship with all classification societies such as Lloyd’s Register, Germanischer Lloyd , ABS and MCA and all work can be supervised accordingly. The shipyard is also fully familiar with the requirements of individual flag states, and their implementation.
Royal Huisman and Huisfit have a service department that provides parts and technical support to both new and refitted yachts, wherever they are in the world. Because the team takes pride in standing behind its work, this is not just an advisory and parts delivery service. If a problem requires the attendance of the shipyard’s engineers – whether the yacht is lying in a Mediterranean marina or at a remote Pacific anchorage – they’ll be there, and swiftly.
